how imp is sex education for small children and what age the education should start?

Well it should start when they start asking questions about it.
You should try and answer in an age appropriate way. You can find appropriate books to help for kids from the age of 5 or 6.

It starts in English schools from age 5-6 looking at how tadpoles change into frogs then later we look at eggs and chickens and then when we are 8-9 we start looking at puberty and how babies are made.

We get proper sex ed in high school detailed biology and then discussion about contraception, relationships, STDs and morality etc.

Just dont tell your children that babies come from stalks!
