Question by namE: How important is the first time, having sex, for women?

i just want to know, if this is still a big deal these days to women, because my ex and I have a strong Christian background and we both lost are virginity to each other, but it seems like I'm taking it worse then her. Plus, I think she started dating and having sex with someone right after we broke up after 3 years. So... What's the story, do girl not care about this kind of thing anymore?
